Ingredients

2cupsFreshly chopped tomatoes
1cupGreen pepper, minced
1teaspoonHoney (optioinal)
1Clove garlic, crushed
1Cucumber, diced
2Scallions, chopped
xJuice from 1/2 lime and 1/2
Lemon
2tablespoonsWine vinegar
1teaspoonBoth tarragon and basil
(fresh)
1dashCumin
¼cupFresh parsley, minced
1dashHot sauce
2tablespoonsOlive oil
xSalt/pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and puree if desired. Chill for 2 hours.
