Ingredients

¾cupGranulated sugar
« cup packed dark brown sugar

¾cupSoya oil (or vegetable)
1each« tsp. vanilla
2cupsGrated carrots and apples,
¾cupMini chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
« cup raisins
Cream Cheese Glaze to follow

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 6 or 8 cup fluted tube pan. In large bowl, stir together all purpose flour and oat-bran flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. In small bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients;blend well. Stir in carrots, apples, and small chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 30 minutes;remove from pan to wire rack. Prepare Cream Cheese Glaze and drizzle over top of cake. Cream Cheese Glaze: 1« oz. cream cheese, softened ¾ cup icing sugar 2 tsp. milk « tsp. vanilla In small bowl, beat cream cheese, icing sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth and of desired consistency.
