Nosh bloody moses

Ingredients

11/2 pint premium tomato juice
11 liter jar Clarnato clam juice
½teaspoonFine fresh ground black pepper
2teaspoonsCelery salt; up to 3
3Shakes green Tabasco; (or to taste -
; remember, not too

6Shakes Lea & Perrins
2tablespoonsHorseradish; (if mild, 1 only if
; strong) or pinch
; Wasabi powder
½Lemon; squeezed
1Lime squeezed for juice
Good quality vodka; (eg Absolut or
; Finlandla)

Directions

In a large jug, mix the juices and seasonings together. Check for saltiness (some brands of juice are quite highly salted, others very 'plain').

Place ice cubes into a large tumbler and pour over a good measure of vodka (about 2 pub measures should do it, but add more if you want more fun!).

Top up with the clam juice mixture and stir around gently, with a fresh cut crisp stick of celery... Instant Bloody Moses! The omission of the vodka creates a 'virgin' Moses!
